The Back on Track team are here to help


Back on Track offer practical advice and guidance to young people wanting to get back into education, employment and/or training.

Back on Track offer a tailored one-to-one support service to Lambeth residents in school (years 12-13), who aren’t already receiving support from other council services

Back on Track aim to help young people establish long and short-term career goals, linking them into local opportunities through referring them into training, work placements and full and part time employment including apprenticeships.

Back on Track work closely with schools, colleges, employers and training providers to assist with offering the right opportunity for young people.

The Back on Track team can help you with:


  • Defining your career goals
  • Identifying routes/pathways to achieving career goals
  • Delivering CV writing and interview techniques sessions
  • Registering and creating a profile with employment and training online portals
  • Signposting/referring onto employability and personal development programmes
  • Helping young people into work placement and trials leading to employment
  • Providing three months ongoing support when getting into employment or training
